3. User Account

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Content Ownership

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not access your documents except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your documents and data. This includes:

  • 256-bit encryption for data at rest and in transit
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Secure data centers with redundant backups
  • Strict access controls and monitoring

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proc Doc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proc Doc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
